A week ago we celebrated David's Birthday. He turned 30 this year!! And of course we couldn't pass it without celebrating this year for him. I wasn't really sure what to do for him. He is not a big party person, and he doesn't like to be the center of attention...Big problem right there. After evaluating my options I decided to throw him a small party at our house with friends and family.
Almost the whole day David was studying at the library for his terrible test. THE GMAT! This actually helped me planned everything without him knowing all the details. My cousins and tia Ale helped me get everything together, and we spent the whole morning running around getting decorations, and food.
Before the party, David's parents invited us to a small family reunion, because his grandparents were visiting from Chihuahua, and David hadn't seen them for a while. We ate deliciously there. I kept telling David he couldn't eat too much, because then he wouldn't eat what I had prepared for him, but that didn't work. And I dont blame him, because the food was delicious.
We had a full house! His friends and family all came, and I think David had a great time. We didn't even have enough chairs for all our guests, but that didn't stop them from having a good time, and I was grateful for it. We ate some delicious tacos tia Ale helped me make. I really cant take any credit for it, since I dont even know how to make Mexican food.
We had a great time with all those who came to celebrate David's birthday. We stayed up late chatting with our friends that didn't want the party to end. I hope David enjoyed what I prepared for him with tons of love.
Here are some pictures for you to enjoy!
